The legal definition of skimmed milk powder

In simple terms, skimmed milk powder must stay below the permitted limits for fat and moisture, meet the minimum protein level, and carry the required safety declaration.

Shreman Special against those limits

The legal standard measures protein as a share of milk solids-not-fat, while the nutrition panel shows protein per 100 g of powder. After converting the 36 g panel figure, the result is about 37.338.3%, above the 34% minimum.
